The Caverhill is far more than just another old building in Old Montreal. Built in 1856 by master stonemasons, this striking example of North American Neo-Classical architecture–with its grand arches, soaring windows, and ornate stone façade–is now a designated part of Montreal’s historic heritage.

Originally the headquarters of Caverhill Learmont, one of Canada’s oldest wholesalers of construction hardware, tools, household, and maritime goods, the building was carefully converted into 40 private residences in 2000 and delivered to its new owners in September 2001.

About Unit 280
Located at the south corner of the second floor, Unit 280 enjoys a uniquely private position with only three neighboring units.
